Order Processing Time 

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 🇮🇳

We currently ship exclusively within India. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following standard rates:

• Orders ₹499 and above: Free Standard Shipping

• Orders below ₹499: ₹ 50 flat shipping charges

How long does delivery take ?

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery typically takes another 3–10 days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@keitheory.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can I change my delivery address?

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
